Oxidizing liquid for eyebrow and eyelash dye Andmetics 3% 50ml.
The product activates the dye and helps ensure that the color of dyed eyebrows or eyelashes remains bright for a long time.
Usage: Mix a 2 cm long strip of paint and 10 drops of oxidant. Mix until the mass becomes a uniform consistency. Leave the applied paint for 3 - 10 minutes, depending on the desired result. Remove excess paint with a moistened cotton pad.
